He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Hubbard Jennings; his sons, Jackson Jennings and Franklin Jennings (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Lillian, Edith and Everest; and his siblings, Dr. William Cliff Jennings and Mary Lynn Jennings.
