She is survived by: her husband Thurman "Jack" Cullum; her children, James Michael Cullum (Rebecca) and Janelle Staib (David); her grandchildren, Nicole Masloff (Chris), Jessica Musso, Jimmy Musso, Candace Cullum-Smith (Matt), Daniel Laird, Shanna Graves (Trent), Sarah Atkinson, Jacob Cullum, Natalie Staib, Hailey Staib-Wilson (Tanner) and Nathaniel Staib; her great grandchildren, Leonardo Masloff, Anastasiya Masloff, Ava Jenkins, Robert Graves, Emmett Powell, Shiloh Talbert and Baby J. Wilson; her mother Harriet Butterfield (Hagstrom); and her siblings, Joseph Machado (Tonya), Jean Puckett, Judy Rinaldo (Edward), Marilee Algie and William Field. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
