He is survived by: his wife Joyce Carlene Welch of Rogers; his daughters, Cari (Charles Kaufman) of Lowell, Lora (Dustin Murphy) of Fayetteville and Alexis (Matthew Harper) of Rogers; his grandchildren, Alexander Kaufman of Fayetteville, Elizabeth Kaufman of Bentonville, Crawford Murphy of Fayetteville and Roman Murphy of Fayetteville; his brothers, Jeff Welch (Jody) of Helena and John Welch (Diane) of Lake Hamilton, Arkansas; and also Belinda Horn of Sheridan, Arkansas.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
