She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Welker and Hazel Welker. She is survived by: her husband Harry O. Guy; and her children, Darlene (Scott Gillespie), Marlene (Bill Britting) and Russell (Terry Guy). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in honor of Helen may be given to the Grace Baptist Church Prayer Garden Fund or NW Arkansas Hospice Circle of Life.
