She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gilbert and Truby Gilbert (Cobb); her brothers, Truman Gilbert, Doyle Gilbert, Joe Gilbert, Jim Gilbert and Bobby Gilbert; and her husbands, Kenneth Bennett and Odis McCraw.

She is survived by: her son Ray Bennett (Cindy); her granddaughter Deirdre Bennett; and her sister-in-law Billie Gilbert.
