He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Maurice LeVay, Sr. and Mabel Lee Allen LeVay; his wife Ruth Eilene LeVay; his sister Kay Mosley of Springdale; his daughters, Tamara Howell (Lance) of Crossett and Eve Dowden (Cody) of Bentonville; his granddaughters, Bree Howell and Clara Dowden; and his friend BethAnn Jackson of Kensett. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and friends.
