He is survived by: his wife Patti Hoofard; his daughter Marina Careeve Hoofard; his son-in-law Jose Ramon Canizales; his granddaughters, Lily Sirena Canizales and Evelyn Rose Canizales; his brother Jim Hoofard; his sister-in-law Ellen Hoofard; his aunt Sue Popanz; his mother-in-law Willa Taylor Hayworth; and his brother-in-law Ray Hayworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews.
