She was predeceased by: her parents, Artie Barrell and Ethel Hamm Barrell; her husband Donald Peterson; and her daughter Cindy Hunter. She is survived by: her children, Arlyn Peterson (Denise) of Rogers and Gail Fenix (Todd) of Lowell, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Megan Golowenski (Marshall), Logen Peterson, Sarah Fenix and Amanda Fenix; and her great grandchildren, Kaisley Golowenski and Myles Golowenski.
