He was predeceased by: his parents, Wellesley O. Mayhall and Willie Inez Rumley Mayhall; and his brothers, Bob Mayhall and John Mayhall. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mayhall; his sons, Bryon Mayhall (Sandra) of Rogers and Jason Mayhall (Brooke) of Rogers; and his niece Mary Beth Chambers (Don). He is also survived by many family members and friends.
