He is survived by: his children, Billy Glenn Winters (Lori) of Walker, LA, Virginia "Sissy" Rivers of Rogers, AR, Linda McKee of Greenville, MS and Debbie Jeffcoat (Mike) of Rogers; his brother William "Pink" Winters (Mary) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Kailey Wever, Christy Miranda, Jody Reese Rivers, Amy Thomas, Josh Rivers, Leslie Grantham and Cayton Permenter; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Brooks Wever, Landen Wever, Avery Wever, Bentley Rivers, Reese Rivers, Maya Miranda, Mariano Miranda, Ellie Thomas, Cam Thomas, Christopher Grantham, Ryan Grantham and Colton Grantham.
