She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Mitchell and Annar Mitchell (Freddie Andrews); and her siblings, C. L. Mitchell, Ronnie Mitchell, Dorothy Mitchell, Odis Mitchell and James Roy Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Andrews (Sonia) and Amy Benson (Chris); her grandchildren, Ivy Andrews, Ryan Andrews, Austin Benson, Hanna Benson Caulfield, Sarah Swaim and Trey Carter; and her siblings, Jerry Mitchell, Diane Wilhoite, Connie Mitchell, Debbie Heath and Carolyn Hurley. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kernodle Funeral Home (315 E Union Ave, Wynne, AR 72396). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ellis Chapel Cemetery.
