It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zelma Louvene Shirley Kirkpatrick (Rison, Arkansas), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on June 4, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William "Ed" Kirkpatrick; and her siblings, Stella Bohannon, Cora Slaton, Estella Cleverage, Louise Givins, Marie Sinclair, Oather Shirley and Leonard Shirley.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Kirkpatrick (Hortense) of Rison, Robert Kirkpatrick (Amy) of Sheridan, John Kirkpatrick of Sheridan and Connie Hackworth (James) of Pine Bluff; her sister Ona Mae Lane of Humphrey; and her grandchildren, Barbara Kirkpatrick, Chad Kirkpatrick (Carrie), Amanda Kirkpatrick and April Shinn (Preston). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
