He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Puckett and Ellen Nixon Puckett; his wife Bonnie Wimberly Puckett; his son William Tony Puckett; and his siblings, Fred James Puckett, Jr. and Corinne Winston.
He is survived by: his daughter Heidi Ann Fugitt (Zachary); his grandchildren, William Tony Puckett, Jr., Brenton Fugitt, Sasha Fugitt and Callie Fugitt; and his sisters, Shirley Dearman and Bonnie Appling. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
