He was predeceased by: his parents, Voy Russell and Lula Mae Norton; his siblings, Joyce Mullens, Dorothy Wright, Lloyd Norton and Boy Norton; and his granddaughter Haley Addison.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Langford Norton; his children, Terri Pennington, Voy Ray (Donna Norton) and Kim Norton; his grandchildren, Sidney Norton, Nicci Frazer, Tyler Bell, Trae Norton and Shelbi Russell; and his sister Marnelle Clement.
