He was predeceased by: his son Tommy Neely; and his siblings, Lois Davidson and T. E. Neely. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Neely; his children, Cindy Jacobs, Shane Neely and Claudio Neely; his siblings, J. D. Neely and Peggy Young; and his grandchildren, Tommy Jacobs and Ricky Jacobs.
