He was predeceased by: his father Elbert Clayton Hyatt; his sister Linda Tolson; and his brother-in-law William Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Jeffie Powers Hyatt; his children, Summer McGhee (Sam) and Chris Hyatt (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Maelea McGhee, Maggie McGhee, Ryan Hyatt, Riley Hyatt, Isaac Hyatt and Hollie Hyatt; his sisters, Mary Wilson (Donnie) and Brenda Hamilton; his brother-in-law James Tolson; and his pets, Trooper and Rowdy.
