He is survived by: his wife Peggy James Phillips; his children, Brian Phillips (Michelle), Chanse Phillips (Christy), Tony Fisler (Wendy) and Amanda Mitchell (Chance); his grandchildren, Taylor (Seth), Rowdy, Bryce, Weston, Dylan, Shyanne, Kendal, Brooke, Kenzie, Troy and Dani; his great grandchildren, Quinn and Livie; and his siblings, Jim Phillips (Ruth), John Phillips (Christine), Roy Phillips, Willie May Floyd and Lucille Strawn.
