She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Pruitt and Angie Pruitt; her son Steven Kimbrell; and her siblings, Ray Pruitt and Martha Sue Pennington.

She is survived by: her husband Kimbrell; and her sister Betty Pruitt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
