He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Blanchard and Roberta Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Billie Blanchard of Rison; his daughter Michelle Phillips (Brian) of Rison; his grandchildren, Taylor Crouse (Seth) and Rowdy Phillips; his great grandchildren, Livie and Quinn Crouse; his sister Connie Simpson of Mountain Home; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny Bob Lunsford (Tina) and Darlene Carr.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rison Baptist Church (300 E Magnolia St, Rison, AR 71665). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
