He is survived by: his wife Billie Blanchard of Rison; his daughter Michelle Phillips (Brian) of Rison; his grandchildren, Taylor Crouse (Seth) and Rowdy Phillips; his great grandchildren, Livie and Quinn Crouse; his sister Connie Simpson of Mountain Home; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny Bob Lunsford (Tina) and Darlene Carr.
