She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Ashcraft and Pauline Yarbrough Ashcraft; her husband Willie John Johnston; her sister Mary Nell Atkinson; her brothers-in-law, Gary Atkinson and Cecil Smith; and her aunt Evelyn Crook.
She is survived by: her siblings, Patsy Smith of Pine Bluff and John Edward Ashcraft (Carolyn); her sons, Wilton Johnston (Donna) of Rowell and Wade Johnston of Randall; her grandchildren, Ellie Johnston, Gavin Johnston (Emily) and Maddox Johnston; and her great grandchild Tucker Johnston. She is also survived by her brother and sisters, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Bethel #2 Missionary Baptist Church.
