He is survived by: his wife Beckey "Hebert" Howard; his son Johnny Wayne Howard of Rison; his grandsons, Blake Howard of Monticello and Cody Howard of Monticello; his sister Brenda; his brother-in-law Tom Mehlin of Benton; his brother Danny; his siblings-in-law, Jane Howard of Bella Vista, Joann, Tim West of Watson Chapel and Gary Hebert of Rison; and his parent Katie Evalene Howard of Pine Bluff.
