He is survived by: his wife Patty Cook Collins; his sons, Francis Collins Jr. (Christi) and Barry Collins (Caryn) of Rison; his grandchildren, Stormie Cooley (Richard) of White Hall, Destinee, Captolia and Barry Jr. of Rison; his great grandchild Richard Cooley III; and his brother Jerry Collins of Mt. Vernon, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
