It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Cox of Rison, Arkansas, born in DeWitt, Arkansas, who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Rieves and Lillie Franks Etter; her son Richard Garcia; her grandson Chris Garcia; and her siblings, Herman Rieves and Lillie Ellen Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Serita Womble (Bruce) and William Garcia, Jr. (Sheila); her grandchildren, Tyler Smith (Shawn), Cody Womble (Sarah), Russell Garcia, Rebecca Bongcayao (Josh), Priscilla and Lewis Garcia; and her brother Gerald Rieves of Coolidge, AZ. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
