He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferda Stocker and Willie Rucks Stocker; and his siblings, F. J. Stocker, W. J. Stocker, Virginia Stocker, Francis Jean Barnett, Beulah Marie Harris, Marilyn Cuba, Betty Reeves, Cora Henry, Myrtice Grant, Elder Joe Stocker, Elder Harvey Stocker and Otis T. Stocker.
He is survived by: his children, Earnest Stocker, Jr. (Tangela) of Detroit, MI, Everett Stocker of Atlanta, GA, Katheryn Stocker and Sabrina Stocker-Taylor of Sandy Springs, GA; his siblings, Benny Raymond Stocker (Dorothy) of Flint, MI and Mayme Maxine Stocker of Pine Bluff, AR; his grandchildren, Saivi'on, Lillivia, Ka'Leila, Serenity, Evan and Allyson; and his great grandchild Giovanni. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
