She was predeceased by: her husband David Herring; and her siblings, James, Harold, Ralph, Dewey, Winnie, Maxine and Bernice.
She is survived by: her children, Denise King (Tom), Bobby Redmond (Kathy), Ray Redmond (Polly), Don Allen Rissinger (Dawne) and Matt Redmond (Lola); and her siblings, Gene Boykin and Paula Upton. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
