He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rawls and Mable Gracie Rawls; his wife Patsy Miller Rawls; his daughter Sandra Clement (Rickey Rawls); his grandchildren, Scott Rawls and Holly Rawls; and his siblings, J. C. Rawls, Dewey Rawls and Lois Wachner.
He is survived by: his children, Randy of Rison, Linda Rawls of Rison, Lisa of Rison and Dink Lybrand of Rison; his daughter-in-law Marsha Rawls of Conway; and his brothers, Joe Rawls of Rison and Don Rawls of Arizona. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
