It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Harper Jr. of Redfield, Arkansas, born in Kirkland, Washington, who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter Harper, Sr. and Joanne Hubble Harper; his daughter Joanne Hunsaker; and his brother Raymond Bazer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Anne Deboard Harper; his children, Charles Noble, Jason Bazer, Billie Brach and Shavonne Watson; and his siblings, Veronica Harper, Brenda Vandry, Pam Harper, Amanda Harper and Zachary Bazer. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
