He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hugh Forrest, Sr. and Reba Pennington Forrest; and his sister Reather Margaret Forrest. He is survived by: his wife Rose Herren Forrest; his children, Dr. Steve Forrest and Conni Forrest; and his brother Danny Forrest (Gene).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robinson and Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel (8302 Dollarway Rd, White Hall, AR 71602). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
