She is survived by: her father Don Dean; her husband Greg; her children, Makaylen, Christian and Jase; her grandchild Rylie; her siblings, Julie Koch, Misty LaRoe, Madonna Isom and Michael Smith; her nieces and nephews, Kleia LaRoe, Dallas LaRoe, Taylor Odom, Andrew Isom, Maia Smith, Sophia Smith, Noah Brubaker, Ethan Brubaker, Emily Rychly, Carter Rychly and Raven Harrison; her aunt Rita Dean; and her great-niece Alisa Isom.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or a local animal shelter.
