He is survived by: his wife Lena Brown Rhoads; his daughters, Tami Rhoads and Stephanie Koonce (Bryan); his sister Lucille Campbell; his sisters-in-law, Mary and Brenda Rhoads; his grandchildren, Robyn Law (Matt), Lyndsie Koonce and Devon Koonce; and his great grandchildren, Bowen, Hannah and William Law.
