He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Toney and Dorthy Toney. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Toney; and his brother DeWayne Toney of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by three godchildren, two grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
