He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Patterson and Sudie Lindsey Flinn-Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Sams-Patterson; his children, Jason Patterson (Jessie), Tommie Lynn Herren (Andy), Tanna Kay Evans (Robert), Carol Heim (Jeff), Rhonda Ekaitis (Jeff) and Kelly Patterson; his grandchildren, Nora Patterson, Cooper Patterson, Brandin Herren, Hayden Regan, Matthew Hughes, Stevie Keniston, Taylor Ekaitis, Dakota Heim, Bailey Joe Heim and Dane Watkins; his great grandchildren, Abbie Herren, Chris Herren, Meridith Hughes, Scarlet Hughes, Lynnlei Regan, Beau Reagan, Noah Keniston, Amelia Ekaitis and Madison Watkins; and his sisters, Martha and Bonnie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
