He is survived by: his children, Earlee Armstrong Jr. Pine Bluff (Jackie), Reverend Rickey Armstrong of Arlington, Reverend John G. Armstrong (Sandra) of Marlin, Stevin Armstrong (Stephanie) of Memphis, Erma J. Brooks (Michael) of Huntsville, Janett M. Smith Pine Bluff (Lee), Charles E. Lusk Little Rock (Eula), Christle Livingston Redfield (Efram), Celetia Armstrong, Cynthia of Washington, Sandra F. Hines Pine Bluff and Kimberly Johnson of White Hall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
