She is survived by: her husband Albert Wayne Ply; her sons, Brian Ply (Laurie) of Benton and Stephen Ply (Rhonda) of Waco, Kentucky; her grandsons, Caleb Ply (Jessi), Ghanon Ply (Jesse), Colton Babbitt (Tessa), Garrett Ply, Gage Ply and Cash Ply; and her great grandchildren, Ellie Jane Marie Ply and Preston Ray Ply.
