He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude A. Wawak, Sr. and Mary A Johnson Wawak; his wife Jeweleen Brasher Wawak; his son Ozzy Spann; and his sister Mary Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Wawak (Regina) of Lake Charles, LA, Larry Spann (Lisa) of Redfield, Debra Gefell (Frank) of Little Rock, Linda Singley (Bruce) of Little Rock and Donna Crowe of Malvern. He is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
