She is survived by: her parents, Roger Frazier and Brenda Orrell Frazier of Pine Bluff; her husband Tony Carrillo; her children, Nathan Prado of Little Rock, Jacob Carrillo of Redfield, Cayden Carrillo of Redfield and Rocky Carrillo of Redfield; and her brothers, Stacy Frazier of Pine Bluff, Joseph and Willow Welch Frazier of Pine Bluff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
