With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Katherine Hoy Crane of Redfield, Arkansas, born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on March 12, 2023 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chalmer Hoy (R. M. Crane) and Nellie Crossno Hoy; her grandson Christopher Hunt; her stepmother Elvia Hoy; her sister Earline Russell; her son Raymond Crane; and her son-in-law Eddie Mitchell.

She is survived by: her former spouse Elvia Heath; her spouse R. M. Crane of Kingsland; and her children, Raynell, Kay and Jeff. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren 24 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
