He is survived by: his mother Pat Caldwell (Holmes) of Rector, Arkansas.; his wife Paula Merrell of Kennett, Missouri.; his sons, Ben Caldwell (Meagan) of Piggott and Will Caldwell of St. Louis, Missouri.; his sisters, Lisa Wayne of Paragould, Kelly Miller (Bruce) of Hornersville and Host; his siblings-in-law, Pam Milum and George Merrell IV; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and several close friends, The mother-in-law.
