Janice Lea Hughes Obituary

Janice Lea Hughes, 56, of Rector, Arkansas passed away at St. Bernards Medical Center on January 12, 2024. She was born on May 22, 1967 in Jackson, Mississippi to Clyde Watkins and Patty Sue Lowery. Janice was a hard worker. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her dogs, Tiny, Blackjack, and Savannah, and spending time with her family.

Survivors include; one son: James Bradshaw of Paragould, Arkansas; mother: Billie Carol Watkins of Morton, Mississippi; one sister: Christy Watkins of Morton, Mississippi; three brothers: David Smith of Morton, Mississippi, Jimmy Watkins of Morton, Mississippi, David Watkins (Martha) of Paragould, Arkansas; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by; parents: Clyde Watkins and Patty Sue Lowery; and one daughter in law: Jessica Lampkin.

A graveside service will be held on January 17, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
