She is survived by: her sons, Robert Fields of Paragould, AR, Albert Fields of Naples, FL and Aaron Fields of Leary, GA.; her daughter-in-law Sharline Fields of Paragould, AR; her siblings, Earl, Danny Churchwell of Madisonville, KY, Claude Churchwell of Charleston, WV, Robert Mann of Hawaii, Juanita Daniels of Winchester, KY and Shirley Cannon of Rector, AR; and her close friend Betty Shaw. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
