He was predeceased by: his parent Owen W. Sr.; and his wife Kathryn Jane Hoskins (Brandon). He is survived by: his parent Sudie Hoskins; his sons, Richard Hoskins (Rebecca) of Paragould, Stephen Hoskins (Margaret) of Bismark and Owen Franklin Hoskins (Marnie) of Pace; and his grandchildren, Katy McDowell (Shawn) of Paragould and Frankie Rutherford (Kyle) of Sheridan.
Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to First United Methodist Church.
