He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry, Elsie Ratliff, Ralph and Maxine Hill. He is survived by: his parents, Rolen "Bud" Lee and Carolyn Sue Ratliff Hill; his wife Misti Lyn Robinson Hill; his children, Taylor Smith, Kira Hill, Sara Hill, Evan Hill, Olivia Hill, Sophia Hill, Blake Belcher and Carson Belcher; his siblings, Terry Hill (Lisa) and Rita Hill; his grandchildren, Joseph and Greyson Ludwick; his nephews, Eric Hill (Kaitlin), Corey Hill and Logan Hill; and his niece Danielle Jones.
