She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Allen and Addie McGee Allen; her husband Charles Rolland Henson; her children, Byron Henson and Brenda Vandergriff; her brothers, Waymon, Tom and Albert Allen; and her grandsons, Bryon Henson and Bobby Lynn Tate.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Henson (Linda) of Pocahontas, Ely "Randy" Henson (Gail) of Pocahontas, Barbara Smith (Sam) of Pocahontas and Betty Blevins (Doug) of Newport; her siblings, Luther Allen (Joan) of Walnut Ridge, Clenton Allen of Maynard, Estelene Sebourn of Kensett, Evelene Ragsdale (Paul) of Hoxie and Onetta Tunstall; and her grandchildren, Chris Smith (Linda), Amanda Harris (Clay), Tonya Haigwood (Isaac), Michelle Henson, Jessie Pinkston (Willie), Jamie Pattin, Gary Tate (Betty) and Mark Henson. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
