It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neola Mae Higgins (Ravenden Springs, Arkansas), who passed away on April 7, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Mossie Alexander Adams and Thomas Doyle Higgins. She is survived by: her parents, Benjamin Cardwell and Lily Cardwell; her siblings, Milburn Cardwell and Letha Cardwell Copus; her granddaughter Rachel Adams Ellington; her daughter-in-law Gracie Fern Adams; her children, Homer Adams (Virginia) of Dalton, Elmer Adams of Thayer, Clifford Adams (Helen) of Ravenden Springs, Erma Burr (Barry) of Apex, Bernadine Guntharp (Leon) of Pocahontas and Dorothy McReynolds (Mackie) of Dalton; and also LaJena Green Adams. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
