He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Jackson and Mayme Lorell Jackson; his former wife Shelba Jean Baldridge Inness; and his son Hubert Allen Inness. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Spears Inness; his children, James Mark Inness (Paula Jane) of Fort Mill, SC and Cynthia Markum (David) of Pocahontas; his grandchildren, Tyler Inness, Connor Inness, Catherine Lewis, Sydney Stevens, Paige Markum, James Inness and Will Inness; his great grandchildren, Kyleigh Boone, Bailey Stevens and Lucas Stevens; his stepdaughter Angela Baker; and his sisters, Barbara Brown, Sharon Mooney and Kay Welch. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
