He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edward and Mildred Miller (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Kinney; his children, Steven Miller of Oregon, Bryan Miller (Janet) of Booneville, Deborah Waggoner (Bruce) of Ratcliff and Sarah Jean Miller of Ferndale, California; the mother of his children Elizabeth Ann Miller (Kinney) of Eureka, California; his brother Eldon Miller of Arcata, California; his grandchildren, Craig Miller, Robert Jones and Sarah Nicole Hunter (Jim); and his stepgrandchildren, Edward Waggoner, Jennifer Georgianna and Janet Webb. He is also survived by six step-great-grandchildren.
