He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Kelly (Stanbra); his son Christopher Kelly (Cassi); his sisters, Patricia Mullen of Harrisburg and Sharon Krenz (Scott) of Palm Bay, Florida; and his granddaughter Aaliyah Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
