He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Jay O'Neal and Rubie Churchill O'Neal (Dahl); his wife Anice Eulema O'Neal (Kanady); his daughter Debbie Frazier; and his grandson Keith Frazier.
He is survived by: his children, Denice Jessings of Ratcliff, Robin O'Neal of Las Vegas, Nevada and Michael O'Neal (Jeri) of Coulterville, California; his brother Bob O'Neal of Eagle, Idaho; and his granddaughter Valarie Frazier.
