He is survived by: his parents, Elwood Snowden (Lynn) of Bakersfield and Judy Schram of Van Nuys, California; his wife Debbie Snowden of Ratcliff; his children, Katie Harrison (Greg) of Paris, Amy George of Alma, Meghan Snowden (Chris) of Paris, Jeffrey Snowden II of Michigan, Zach Snowden (Makayla) of Coal Hill and Wyatt Snowden of Ratcliff; and his siblings, Tracy Hursell of California, Kris LaBrie of Illinois and Brian Snowden (Megan) of Springfield. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren.
