He was predeceased by: his father James Earl Hawkins. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Hawkins (Kanady) of Ratcliff; his wife Joetta Hawkins (Sosebee); his children, Cara Merritt (Ryan) of Ratcliff, Nolan Hawkins (Misty) of Ratcliff and Nathan Hawkins of Ratcliff; his sister Kim Hawkins of Ratcliff; and his grandchildren, Grayson Merritt, Lauren Merritt and Hailee Hawkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked donations be made to Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, 5230 W. Hwy. 96 Ozark, AR 72949.
